Ja oké de uiteindelijke titel van de nieuwe single van Katy Perry werd Electric, maar in dit lied komt Power Now veel vaker voor en ook meer dan de andere “Powersongs” in mei van Billie Eilish Your Power en Coldpay’s Higher Power.
Het werd een trek om 25 jaar ‘Pokémon’ te vieren. In de bijhorende videoclip blikt Katy samen met Pikachu terug op haar leven.. “Van mijn eerste optreden tijdens een rommelmarkt tot mijn eerste performance in een club!” een soort Girlpower
